When you are affected by not being able to login to the site, you can try any of the following solutions:

1) Click here to try an automatic solution. After clicking here you will be taken to the login page where you can login.
2) If the first solution did not work, you should delete the cookies and possibly the cache from your browser.

Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
  4. Under "Privacy and security," click Content settings.
  5. Click Cookies and then See all cookies and site data and then Remove all.
  6. Confirm by clicking Clear all.

Microsoft Edge

  1. In the Microsoft Edge browser, go to More > Settings.

  2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  3. Select the Cookies and saved website data check box and select Clear.

Mozilla FireFox

To delete all cookies stored on your computer, either go to your Cookies and Site Data settings as explained above, click Clear Data… and then click Clear to remove all cookies and site data or else do the following:

  1. Click the menu button Fx57Menu and click Library (or click the Library button57 library icon in the toolbar).
  2. Click History and then click Clear Recent History….
  3. Set Time range to clear to Everything.
  4. Click on the arrow next to Details to expand the list of history items.
  5. Select Cookies and make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected.

  6. Click Clear Now to clear the cookies and close the Clear Recent History window.

Safari

  1. In the Safari app  on your Mac, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.

  2. Select all history.

  3. Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.
